We charge you NOTHING win or lose. We can arrange insurance for you, to protect you against paying the other side's costs should you lose. There will be no deduction from your compensation. There will be no hidden extras. However, there may be circumstances in which we advise you that we believe your chances of success are so limited, that we may decide not to enter into a "charge you nothing, win or lose" arrangement. Saying that, you may wish to pursue a claim and subsequently instruct us to take your case on a private paying basis. Should this happen, we would agree to act for you in such circumstances, pursuant to such a funding arrangement.
