Background: Andrew qualified in 1991 to begin working as a Solicitor after 13 years as a Teacher of English, several of which were as Head of English at a comprehensive school.

Starting off in a Manchester firm he moved to Barnsley where in his first year there set up and later developed a successful Litigation Department before branching out in 1996 to form his own highly specialised Solicitor`s practice.

Before entering the legal profession, as well as teaching, Andrew operated a number of market stalls in the North selling sportswear and equipment. He has therefore enjoyed a broad experience of life which has brought him into contact with the public at large.

He is well travelled having spent several years working in the West Indies. Born in Birmingham, he is a keen sportsman following West Bromwich Albion and Warwickshire County Cricket Club and has lived in Yorkshire for many years.
