Funding options in employment matters in the tribunal
Firstly, we provide you with a free half hour consultation.
The following funding options are then open to you:
- Private paying.
- No win no fee - contingency basis. In the event of your success at least
25% of the compensation recovered will be deducted to satisfy the costs involved
in preparing for and representing the applicant at the tribunal. In respect
of sex, race and disability claims in the tribunal the percentage deducted
will be no less than 33.33%.
Funding options in employment matters as above but in the county court
- Private paying.

- On a retainer basis we will advise you on all aspects of employment law throughout the year. Just call and ask.
