Private Paying

There may be circumstances in which we advise you that your chances of success are so limited, in our view, that we decide not to enter into a Conditional Fee Agreement, charge you nothing, win or lose, arrangement.

If not withstanding such advice you wish to instruct us to take on your case on a private paying basis, and we agree to act for you in such circumstances, pursuant to such a funding arrangement:

  • Our hourly rate and:-
  • For important telephone calls made and received and:-
  • for letters sent and received.
  • Our hourly rate is currently £250.00.
