Conditional Fee Agreement

• We arrange insurance for you to protect you against paying other people's bills should you lose.
• There will be no deduction from your compensation.
• There will be no hidden extras.

• We charge you NOTHING if you lose in the tribunal.
• We charge you at least 25% of your compensation if you win.
• You are unlikely to be ordered to pay the other side's costs if you lose.

If you have this we are happy to be instructed by your Insurer to represent you.

Private Paying

You will pay:

• Our hourly rate and:
• For important telephone calls made and received and:
• For letters sent and received.
• Our hourly rate is currently £250.
